Shipping

Orders are fulfilled within 2–4 business days. Canadian shipping is handled via Canada Post and typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Local Ottawa-area delivery and pickup are available — message us to arrange.

Returns

Unopened product may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. For hygiene reasons, opened jars are final sale unless defective.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
